WE HAD OUR WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOOR PUT IN 2007 AND 12 YEARS LATER OUR DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK, SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT AND JUST LIKE THAT MY DOOR IS FIXED.

VERY PROFESSIONERS. DID THEIR JOB AND CHECKED THEIR WORK BEFORE THEY LEFT, CLEANED UP ANY MESS THEY MADE.
THE PRICE WAS LOWER THAN WE EXPECTED, AND WE CHECKED A FEW COMPANMIES. AS A MATTER OF FACE WE SAW THEM IN A NEWSPAPER.

Windows are of very poor quality.

Most of the installers were professional.
I paid over 700.00 total tax included for two small windows. Not at all satisfied with quality of them. I did notify owner and he did work with me on it. They came back out and re caulked. The window itself is not a good product to keep the cold or heat out. I really wish i hadnt bought them. Wont do it again!!

I think there is a huge misunderstanding. Window world does NOT manufacture their own window. Alside does. If WindowWorld stated they do, they are lying to you. They don't own a factory. They are individual franchise operations that buy windows from Alside.

Junky windows with laminated fiber trim that falls apart when it gets damp. So drafty that you can feel the wind blow through. Wouldn't recommend these stupid crappy inserts to my worst enemy!!! My poor wife bought these when I was serving overseas thinking that she was adding value to our home, what a joke, I think they devalued our home if anything!!
Cheap is right, they don't lie there.

They are a reputable company, they Stand by there work, 1 complaint the sales man made a couple of bad mistakes, they were corrected ill purchase from them again, installation was professional

The sales gave incorrect pricing for the size of a dinning room window, it was corrected and a new contract was written with the correct pricing

4000 Series UV Rating purchased. Impressed: Blocked the noise from outdoor. Appears to be keeping the heat out! Hope it last overever! Beautiful in appearance. Brightened our 1936 2-Story Home. Workmanship needs improvement!

Did not sweep out debree from tearing surrounding Window Frame. When I showed up with dust broom, Installer Supervisor, told me to keep my distance! Finally, he told worker to go get vaccum from truck. Later, saw 3rd worker using broom & sweeping debree inside our home?! Windows were leaned on furniture, Wood Floors scratched, Tools were laid on wood floor & furniture, caulking on carpet! Workers identified by Window World T-Shirts, jeans dragging displaying underwear!! Unprofessional,didnt speak english. Window World Advertises excellence in training installers! Chief Inspector did not compromise, but justified workers errors, made excuses.
$5,151.00. Added Colonial/Contoured Grids @ $592.00.

I have used this company for replacement windows on several houses that have for rentals. They have stood behind there product and the installation have always been performed to the highest of standard. Will continue to use them in future. Like the fact that the manufacturer and installer are through same place. Never have to deal with installer mistake, measurement error, manufactor mistake. Only one contact to resolve.

We bought the E rated and were pleasantly surprised at the sound reduction. A nice added bonus. We had one window out of 9 that lost it's seal. It was replaced without any hassle. Previous reviewers, some anyway, can't seem to tell the difference between installers and windows. Personally I don't care about your installer, I want to know about the window. That is what is important.

Quiet and efficient. Badda boom, badda bing and they were done, cleaned up everything. Added two more windows last year and that crew went above and beyond to make everything right.
There were no surprises so I suppose that is good.

Pretty basic vinyl window. Nothing too special. Warranty is top of the line above other companies. Needs some work done to their balance system design but other than that it is a good product.
Great price. It was a little more than advertised but that is just about how everything is these days.

I purchased fourteen 4000 series windows from Window World in 2006. With capping and grids, I paid $265 per window. After six years they are in perfect shape. No sagging, easy to open and close, perfect condition. Beautiful windows with perfect install.

One of the windows didn't fit right when they brought it out. The installer did not force it in place, he ordered another window. He came back in about a month and installed the window perfectly.
$265 per window including grids and capping.

Ahh, run away! We bought 10 windows. In the end the windows were drafty, lopsided, and some of the frames were cracked from being forced in!

They contracted the work out and we got a group of only Spanish speaking men that were wearing torn shirts and reeked of smoke. I was told by the company that it would take one day but they showed up late, took a 3 hour lunch break with other breaks to smoke, and then just left the new windows on the side out the house for anyone to take without telling me. My husband saw them when he got home & we brought them in. The second day they showed up late again and when they found out that two of the windows were the wrong size, they forced them into the opening and caused $800 in damages that they refused to fix. When I wouldn't pay till they fixed it they sent my name into a collection agent and ruined my 780 credit score.
I wouldn't take the windows if they were free. I swear what I agreed to buy is not what they brought to install.

This is the most unethical company I have dealt with in 40 plus years of home ownership! Their windows are poorly measured and arrive at your home not fitting. They then try to jerry-rig them to fit the openings and tell you it will be just fine. The install team also damaged my home to the tune of $7000 and are refusing to take any responsibility for this! Tell EVERYONE you know to stay awy from this company. RUN!!!!

The windows are nice looking - we got 12 windows with grids. Leak some air but no frosting over in frigid temps.

Unexperienced. Did not seal windows properly for below zero weather.
Very reasonable, stuck by their quote. We bought the better grade of window, 6000 series. Salesman was informative.
