Rumor has it Silverline has almost mastered a non-welded preformed vinyl frme unit. I guess it's all pre-molded in one piece. So this means clean corners with no welds to grind. Sounds like it's close to full operation in the market. I suppose it's just like punching out plastic army men. Except the machine can change size to accomodate the many different sizes. Sounds like a great break through if they pull this one off.

Maybe it will be some vinyl-foam mixture and be molded, not extruded. Who knows, it may crack at the corners later instead of during fabrication. :)

I had a friend who was going to work for them. He went out to New Jersey and this was one of they're big selling features. I guess they are close to putting into action. It sounds like some kind of injection mold product. It will work if they can get it to cool down evenly. It will be interesting to see.
