I am considering replacing 22 windows. Various replacement windows manufacturers have been suggested. As of now the list consist of Certainteed, Slocumb (sp??), Pella/Thermastar, Simonton (sp??). Right now I am favoring the Certainteed (Bryn Marr II), however Certainteed windows are only offered to licensed contractors in my area. What replacement window is the best?? And if I decide with Certainteed, how would I go about purchasing them?? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
