Certainteed?, Slocumb??, Thermastar?? which replacement window to purchase

Posted At: 2004-08-19 20:11:44

I am considering replacing 22 windows. Various replacement window manufacturers have been suggested. As of now the list consist of Certainteed, Slocumb (sp??), Pella/Thermastar, Simonton (sp??). I am favoring the Certainteed (Bryn Marr II), however Certainteed windows are only offered to licensed contractors in my area. What replacement window is the best?? And if I decide with Certainteed, how would I go about purchasing them?? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Tim

Check out ABC Supply in Stanton. This is the roofing, siding and window supplier/dealer for Certainteed. Go where the pros go. Good Luck
