Im in the process of getting replacement windows in my house. I live in Northern California and have had about 4-5 estimates. Most of the companies are pushing Amerimax windows and saying they are the best. One of the companies is pushing Certainteed. Which one of the those companies makes a better product. Please give me some advice.

I personally like Amerimax. I had the opportunity to use them last year. I had no problems with them and really liked they're product. I really liked the fact I could order patio doors in any size. Up here we had these odd 76" patio doors. Trying to replace them is hard sometimes. Amerimax made the same size for replacement. Certainteed I have not used enough to give an honest opinion. I see them around but never used them yet. Good Luck!!
