These are Silverline windows marketed under the Stanley name. Looked at these 2 years ago at the Atlanta Builders show. Personally I thought they were low budget looking. There are none in our area so I do not know how they perform over time.

Stanley are LOW BUDGET for sure. My sister just bought a house and the "new" vinyl replacements were indeed Stanley. You can take the top rail of the lower sash and flex it with your hand, plus there is about a quarter inch of play (up and down) with the double hung units WHEN THEY ARE LOCKED. Maybe there is an upscale model but these are definitely low budget.
