i need to replace some windows in my 16th floor condo. i can't find anyone locally (Northern Virginia) who's windows are rated for use above the 3rd floor. any help?

Milgard has a plant in fredricksburg. Most of their products are commercially rated which should meet your needs on the 16th floor. Hope this helps.
