We have a bid for Simonton Prism windows and want to know the facts about these. Are they top of the line vinyl windows. Any information would be good.

I personally think Simonton has a great Crank Out window. They have three point locking and use Truth's heaviest hardware on the frame. They have three different weather strippings on each unit. I really like to install them. They always work so well after installed. The Prism line is their top of the line window. Choosing these would be a great choice!! You won't regret this choice. I would like to totally disagree with Guy. Not because I don't like Simonton's products, because I do... but because it's been stated that we tend to agree all the time.

for Simonton your looking at the top of the line but you could get better for less? I would check out Schuco Windows

We have been given a quote of $8150 for Simonton Impressions (vinyl, dual pane, low-e) for 12 windows and a patio door which includes installation. We are in San Diego. What level is the Simonton Impressions line? The company has an excellent reputation and sells other brands. This is their favorite. How does it compare with Schuco? Thank you in advance. (Is there a website like this for kitchen remodels?)

Ok So I'm also looking at this decision now in NY.
Can someone confirm- Prisim is the top of the line Simonton?
I thought it was their 9800??
Can someone advise on top of the line for each simonton & schuco? Looking for apples to apples comparision
Is corona top of the line?
