First off I want to say that I have never posted a message on any on-line discussion board till tonight, so this is first for me. My husband and I have just began the home improvement process on our 35 year old ranch home and windows are at the top of our list to replace. We met with a Champion salesman tonight and found him to be kind of chatty/fast talking person, he talked alot about stuff I did not think was important to know, but he also provided information to us we had never thought about. We did not experience the pushy tactics that I read about in some of the messages. After he left I decided to go on line and see if I could find information about other replacement window companines and found Tim's website. It has been very helpful. I especially have found this message board to be extremely informative. I learned about a couple of companies that I would not have been aware existed if I have not reviewed your messages. Thanks for taking the time to do this for us very confused homeowners.

Often times, when I respond to a question, and there is no corresponding reply to my answer, I wonder if my answer made sense and if the person found it useful (I can certainly become a bit to verbose!).
I suspect some of the other folks here who attempt to answer questions may at times wonder at this as well.
So, it is really nice to see a post like this one...although not to me specifically, it is still gratifying to know that people really are being helped.

You are welcome. I have already mentioned this wedsite and message board to many of my friends and family. I am sure there are others, like my self that really appreaciate what you do here.
