I think you may be confused as to what this site is Jo. This is not a window company.
We are a bunch of homeowners and window professionals that come onto this forum to share information so that the general public may be more educated in their buying of windows.
You can find information several ways here. You can post a question, which you just did,...you can just start reading past posts,... and you can also do a search using the search feature to look up past posts or posters regarding specific topics. The Tim Johnson site itself also has useful links for information.
You will find many professionals and also very educated homeowners on this site with a wealth of knowledge, which we happily and freely give. So ask away!
