Planning on replacing my 15 house windows with vinyl replacement windows by Soft Lite LLC. My home is in Massachusetts outside Boston. What is your knowledge and opinion of this window?? Please advise. Thanks.

We just had nine windows (4 sliders and 5 double hung) put in this June and were so impressed that we also had a Soft-Lite bay window put in the next month. They are very solid and what impressed us was that there is a lifetime warranty on them (can transfer to new owner once). The medium oak vinyl inside matched our existing oak trim nicely. We checked the BBB for both installer and manufacturer - both were good.

Went with Imperial line, foam filled, low-e. As a consumer, if you have a good quality installer do them, I would go with these.
