I just bought an iguana, and they get big, FAST. It was suggested to me to build a pen that was pretty expansive, as well as expensive. I don't have an accurate gage though, to judge the amount of money I'll have to put into this---basically, my question is, how much would glass panes cost (on average) per square foot???

Peter, that is a question that you will have to ask a local glass supplier.
Are you planning a 100% glass enclosure? Or an enclosure of another material with a glass face?
I would suggest that you consider 1/2" glass or else tempered 1/4" glass for this project for your safety and the safety of the iguana.
