For those who are uncertain as to what contractors do right or wrong when bidding or signing a contract. This is straight from the horses mouth.

Interesting post. Thanks. I like the way they approach payments. Do not pay ahead of the work performed. I hope this includes down payments. I wonder why Calif. has such a bad reputation for construction defects and class action law suits with regulations like this. I see your work background is like mine except I am the Dad. Good luck.
