I have Pella windows that are 20 yrs. old. Over the years they have started to sag and not close correctly. How are they adjusted?

Depending on the style hardware you have there is a small adjustment lug you can adjust. In order to find out you need to crank the window open and lift your sash connecting bar up off it's post. You can usually pop it off with a screw driver. It is usually attached to a brass post. This brass post will be cut on each side to accept a wrench. It's an acentric type post. You can move them to adjust your sash up or down. There is one at the top also. Some windows don't have this type of hardware. So make sure yours does before you try and spin the post. Otherwise call a Pro and have them check it out. Good Luck!!!
