How to I buy a replacement part for a window?

Posted At: 2003-12-25 00:07:11

My home was built by Phillips in Tennessee in 1995.

The living room has a window opening filled with three adjacent single-hung windows.

Tonight my son broke one layer of glass on the moving (bottom) portion of one of the windows. (With a yo-yo... don't ask!).

The only markings on the window are:

NAMI
Conformance to ANSI/AAMA 101-93
Code E-076-1
Spec DH-R35/C35
Series 110
MST 4664
Forced Entry Resistent

Ideally, I could buy the lower portion (it comes out) on-line. Next choice would be to have it repaired locally... can any glass place do that?

WORST choice would be to have to replace all three windows!!!

HELP!

Since this post is fairly old, maybe you've already figured out how to solve this problem. I would suggest ordering it online and replacing it yourself, as I'm sure you have the skills required to do this. Other suggestions...give the boy a ball of yarn instead of a yo-yo...cats love playing with yarn! *
