DFW Metro Area there are a couple of providers of NT Windows. I've seen two types of sash locks on the Traditions and Presidential series windows. 1. Bad news, Sunrise only goes up to 96 inches in height, I have a couple of windows that are 108 and above so that kills off sunrise for me. They do have quite a nice window though.

Any feedback on the AWS V-85, looks like they make a unit that goes up to 108.

Thanks Randy, and yes Long's Windows does carry the Sunrise brand, just confirmed.
I'll be contacting them to see if I can get them out and compare them to the Brennan window and go from there.
