Thank you! For sure i needed some re-assurances.
I was afraid the gap might be a measurement error and might have some safety concerns. I called the company many times and voice my concern, they said they will send their installation manager to take a look, but the manager never showed up.

We recently had a large picture window installed. I was just wondering how much spacing/gap needed between the window it self and the window frame?
