Do you know if the whole sales tactic where people say the value of the house will increase when selling by the cost of the window replacement amount is true? Thank you.

We are deciding between Simonton Day Light Max and Anlin Catalina. The Anlin is 2K less so we are leaning toward it. However, is Anlin a good brand in terms of quality. Is Simonton a lot better? We live in the East Bay Area. Also, anyone know good window replacement companies who can do the job well...
