Side note - I called Okna directly to ask if they had a dealer in the DFW area and the lady said they were just talking about that morning how they should add a dealer in Dallas. So if any of you pros are looking to add a product to your offering there may be an Okna dealership coming available here...

No, we're single story. It is a pier and beam, so top of the window is about 10ft off the ground outside, but yea not a big deal. I don't think the DH is a big deal. SH will be ok, except on two of them mostly because of the layout of the house, there's always furniture in front of those two windows...
