Milgard Windows: Am I being too picky?
Millard just delivered three new construction v3000 windows today. The frames were completely scraped up, the corners appeared sloppy, and the screen was ripped in a few places. Is it possible that I am being too picky? I've never bought new windows before, so I'm not sure if this is normal or a one...
