I too live 200 feet from the CSX and Metrorail and just replaced all 16 windows with two well known manufacturers (done that on purpose). Gorell Armour Plus Double Hung and Milgard Quiet Line. After all the research and endless hours, I chose those two windows line for their sound abatement property...
