Actually it is. Fiberglass is woven cloth saturated with epoxy. The cloth plays a role similar to that of rebar in concrete.

Fibrex is epoxy mixed with left over saw dust from the main Andersen wood window manufacturing plant.

I have read posts where people have claimed that some of there vinyl windows warped which were still under warranty but was not covered because warping was considered natural weathering.
