did you finance these by any chance through NES?
If you were lucky enough to finance or pay with a credit card you may have some protection from them. If not, call the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office to file a complaint then have an attorney write a letter to NES for you.

One of the manufacturers I sell will make a beige window and put on a laminate on the interior to make white. It is the same method other high end windows use to offer customers woodgrain interiors for the stained window look. Or you can go with an ordinary white window and have the exterior painted...

window shopper,
we are a little backed up right now with installs, but I could probably send over someone after the 1st of the year to act as a 3rd party for you and give an unbiased opinion.

window shopper, First of all, I would not worry too much about the permit- but I would certainly let the owner know all of your concerns. I would insist someone come out from the company to inspect one window- I think they at least owe you that. As for the foam wrap- if the opening were as tight as ...

I am also a cerified lead paint removal contractor (actually I should say- "was"). Mass. was one of the 1st in the nation and is certainly one of the strictest. It is the scam of the century in my opinion. There was so much illegal work being done that I couldn't justify continuing. It is ...

The other thing I would be careful with is siding colors. I don't deal with Quest 3 and am not familiar with the color...
