It’s not a powder coat, that is reserved for aluminum windows from NT.
The color will fade, since everything fades when exposed to UV over time, but tan will not fade significantly, in my experience. That lighter color will hold up well over the 15 years.
I looked through my files to see if I had anything to show you for comparison. I’ve attached the closest brick I found, with white frames. It’s not a perfect match, but it may be helpful as you consider the options.
TBA windows are a bit more expensive, generally - but not exorbitantly. I prefer them to vinyl, but they will not perform nearly as well on those few days when we get a winter blast.
The NT Presidential would be my choice from that list, choosing from which contractor you have the most confidence in. Installation details, reputation, time in business etc... would be the difference maker for me, rather than the $2k.
