My guess is they show the double hung air numbers because it Will show the largest difference. Typically casements have a lower air number and a smaller difference while sliders will have a much larger number. I would compare slider to slider air numbers if you are concerned about air infiltration.

I don’t think they are giving you air infiltration numbers for the sliders, looks more like double hung numbers. Slider will typically be higher.

Homesealed nailed that , it’s not uncommon to see price increases in 1 year that exceed a 5 year period from years past. The market is not stable by any means and don’t expect price cuts because Elon did .

The Soft-Lite is a pretty solid product.

I’d go Okna and pocket the change.
If you want NRG glass get a price and weigh the difference.
I would change the glass package on the Sunrise to one with a higher SHG

It is not better in all metrics, the air and U-values are pretty much the same, only in DP ratings is it better.
The Dp rating on the 7500 is superb but it’s overkill in most applications .

No it is not , the Sunrise and Soft-Lite will do every thing you need, the Okna might perform a little better if you get cat 5 hurricane and perhaps the looks suit you better. The 5o year warranty is laughable and meaningless.
