I also like the Okna windows. The use one of the new high visibility screen meshs.
The clearist screen mesh I have seen is Vividview, but you can not get that.

There is not enough information for me a to asure you about drafts. If the units have fins and were back caulked and then the exterior sealed/caulked you should have no drafts. Was foam specified in the contract? Why was one done and not the other? How was this discovered? What did the GC say about ...

Any or yall using the okna/highmark 1000.
I like a 1 /38" glass for trple pane, what are your thoughts on noise reduction with that model compared to 800.

Not enough detail to help you on the install side. Need pictures and a better scope to advise.

Why use fiberx, it is wood pulp and vinyl, why not fiberglass or super vinyl?

CPC old lingo, PCC new lingo. WME or PCC have more flexibility with full line access than RBA. A certified AW contractor or installer has the same flex as a PCC. That is an option I did not mention.
