Is this part of the sash frame or is it an add-on? The OKNA 500 has the long lift rail that is as far as I can tell part of sash frame. Is the lift handle on the 800 similar?

Does anyone have experience good or bad with the "auto lock" feature offered by Okna & Soft-lite? Is it a worthwhile extra? It seems to me there could be issues with it locking properly and could impact how the sash seals for lack of a better term.

Does anyone know if the OKNA 800 DH is available with triple pane and krypton. The OKNA website does not mention it. The NFRC site also does not have any information for this configuration either. One would think that if the 500 is available with tp krypton the 800 would be also.

OKNA windows are not listed on the AAMA website under the "Certified Products Directory." However, the OKNA website lists AAMA ratings for their windows. The AAMA website says it was last updated on 06/10/2011. Can any of the experts on here confirm if the OKNA windows are AAMA certified? ...

Thanks. I knew Soft-lite has a dealer link on their website but, was checking with Windownewb to see who he contacted. I am trying to do the due diligence and talk to customers etc. and see what their experiences are.
