I know it is possible to get a fiberglass door (from therma tru .. my experience) to get ODL glass package and put them together.

I don't know the lock but I would check with your local door supplier and have them talk to their reps

that is not a ringing endorsement of his window. Argon or any gas, does not instinctively find it's way out of the window. However, If the window's IGU is properly sealed it can stay there a long long time. I don't know much about Milgard but that salesman needs some lessons. Perhaps some of the vet...

I dont kmnow the window, but builders often go with the most economical route. That U-factor is terrible, based on that I assume the window is of very low quality. look for an upgrade
