In regard to comments about Champion, a lot depends on the individual store you are dealing with. Each store is operated by an individual manager and that "store" would be a reflection of that person.

It was not a product problem, all things given the Champion product stacks up well. However, your going to be spending a fair amount of money to outfit your house with new windows, and sometimes money brings out the worst in people.
