Aluminum over wood is the norm , if done right it In excellent solution, if done wrong it can look bad and create water problems. A good pro could handle that situation either way . I think the aluminum work is an art and it really separates the pro’s from hacks’s.

If the installation details are all the same I’d go with Soft-Lite. There upgrades to boost u-value and I think sash e reinforcement will boost the air infiltration number. Not familiar with Analin.

Around here Pella does use subcontractors even though they Pella logo’s on their trucks and trailers. The cut back of the stucco requires more precision and time Both will work . Leaving frame in is more reliant on caulking and not warranting it is a little problematic. The condensation resistance number is what you need to look for on the A250. Even though it can get Lower U- values, it is doing it via a low-E coating on the interior pane which is more prone to condensation than other glass packages.
