The UltraWelds have a thicker frames , sashes. But is a stout unit. The Sunrise has slimmer lines . In double hungs I’d take the Ultra weld for its stronger frame and sash. It looks like it may be flush finned window. If that’s the case I think it would be best to remove the window if the wood needs replacing.
