Since this subject matter is about cleaning glass, is it true that using a glass cleaner that contains ammonia can be somewhat damaging to the glass...like etching it a little each time it's used?

Thank you jack7447 for your reply. Wood windows is what i have now and the inside casing will not be changed. I don't recall him mentioning anything about outside capping. I will look into it.

I have received a quote of $18,521 for the windows and doors listed above. They are all tripel pain in the color of tan in and out. This seems high but maybe i am wrong. I would greatly appreciate your input.

PS. All first story installation.
