You certainly didn't set a very high bar with Pella. Yes, the Elegante is a better door with or without blinds.

The Okna 600 and 800 will both have structural reinforcement as well as a sill and header interlock. The 500 does not have any of those features.

Price is good. Quality of the impervia door? Not a fan.

The majestic window is very solid and nice looking. Prices vary a tad. What part of NJ are you in?
Blinds between the glass are very expensive and you will be way over $600 per window. Im not a big advocate of blinds between the glass in windows. I do give the ok for doors though..

He is giving rough measurements just for pricing. They will probably send an installer for final measurememts once the contract is signed.

To be honest I saw the Seaway once and it was made very well and I actually like it better than the provia window.
That said, I saw Seaways top window offering. Which Seaway window did you see? Do you know which series?

Seaway make a good window. Its “ under the radar” so to speak but its a pretty solid offering with some good performance numbers, its certainly better than harvey.
