Anderson failure
Just got asked to look at a job, Anderson frenchwood series slider aprox 7 years old the perma cladding is separating from the bottom of the door. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Sleeper, Ive always used geocel tri polymer. But ive heard you talk about osi before. My wholesaler carries OSI butyl and Quad. What makes one better than the other? does the OSI have a lot of body to it?

I actually considered getting a smaller fin window and doing it like you said, however, Harvey told me i would have issues because the window wouldnt be properly flashed. What is the easiest way to replace the typical rotting wood anderson double casement found over just about every kitchen sink in houses built in the 60's. without disturbing the siding.
