Casement- picture- casement is 3 Windows, NOT 1 window. It may be one opening but its 3 separate windows.
A twin casement is considered 2 windows.

Agree with above. There are various ways to count this depending on your reason for doing so, however if you are trying to come up with a "cost per window" type of reference, 15 would be the number to use.... I'd add that is a pretty solid price for that job if all pockets. If full frames, and or with what sounds like some modification (squaring off the half round RO?), that is even that much better... Certainly not a bad idea though to get other quotes for comparison. $800 per window can be cheap in one area and a little high in another depending on the specific market conditions...pretty solid though very generally speaking
Re: Quick Sanity Check - SunRise
Casements are more than double hungs typically. Going by your picture you would have 6 windows with the transom’s .
Grids between the glass would add cost and if they are SDL’s the cost would be significantly more.If the salesman is calling it 1 window it might mean that they will we 3 windows mulled together making it 1 unit. Windows ordered as a mulled unit will increase the cost of the product.

Sdl grids are expensive but well worth it. Sunrise do make a nice sdl grid, we actually installed about 10 a few weeks back, although we only use sunrise in certain situations now.

I think that is a cheap price for the Restorations. Ive seen people sell Standard Sunrise double hungs at $800. You're talking Restorations, casements, sdl's... The price is Awesome! I hope they have low overhead and put attention into the details of installation. I installed 90 Standard Sunrise casements (mostly) with halfrounds, SDL grids and integrated blinds in a house here in New Orleans a year ago. Very nice looking job, replaced rotting Anderson aluminum clad wood windows.

" replaced rotting Anderson aluminum clad wood windows"
REally, that would make them eagle or e series. AW windows for the majority, and a age where there is rot are vinyl clad, unless they are Narrowlines or 400TW which the sash are only a factory paint finish on the exterior.
