Awhile back I replaced a bunch of very old large Andersons casement picture windows with Gorell and I guess the regret of not staying with Andersons is starting to begin.
Ive had one of the seals let go on the center picture window years and was covered and replaced.
Last summer the seal on one of the removable sash failed. I was waiting to see if I would start having more failures, but everything else seems ok for now.I know Im SOL as far as it being covered anymore by whatever company took them over.
Can it be sent out to be repaired and about how much? overall size of sash is 17" X 25"
Are there any other options???.
I actually had pretty good luck with these I guess and really like them.

I would call around and look for a local glazing contractor in your area. Hopefully you missed that bad batch of glass that went out and this will not happen with any regularity.

+1. Simple glass/igu replacement. If these had been Andersen's past 10 years old you'd be in the same spot in covering this cost...

I would guess around $250
Andersen has a 20 year warranty on seal failures.
