Marvin Essential vs Pella Impervia vs Zen/FiberFrame Comfort Line
Marvin Essential vs Pella Impervia vs Zen/FiberFrame Comfort Line
Greetings, I am in process of replacing 6 double hung windows (36" wide by 74" high), 6 picture windows (36" wide by 14" high) and 3 double hung windows (32" wide X 62" high) for a total of 15 windows. These replacements will be pocket windows due to good condition of the openings and brick exterior of the house. I am struggling to find a good vinyl replacement manufacturer because either window frames are too thick or manufacturer doesnt have name recognition/longevity or vinyl frames do not see to be rigid enough to support large panes of glass. After research, I have 3 quotes for Marvin Essentials, Pella Impervia, and FiberFrame. All the quotes are between $16K and $19K. What are your thoughts on pricing and vendors? Thanks

Of those three I would choose Marvin Essentials.

ended up going with Pella Impervia. Liked the window, it also has laminated glass option.
