double hung windows with decorative+privacy glass

I'm looking for double hung windows with decorative+privacy glass to replace the windows in our upstairs and downstairs bathroom anyone know of a company that does this. A lot of art glass looks great but lacks the privacy needed for a bathroom window. Thanks!

Sunrise and ProVia. Gluechip is a popular option as a base for privacy and decorative, however it may not give you as much privacy as something like rain glass.

Most companies offer 2 or 3 options. Peeble 62( standard obscured), rain glass, glue chip.
Do any of the windows need to be tempered?
