Ultrashield™ Windows from Tri-State Window & Door Factor

Dear Window experts,

Has anyone heard about Ultrashieldâ„¢ Windows from Tri-State http://www.ultrashieldwindows.com/windows.htm ? I couldn't see any postings on this site. I'd be interested if any of you can telll me what you think about the company and quality of their high end window?

I had a rep over yesterday and I must say his demos were impressive, so is the "lifetime +" warranty (transferable warranty to next owner).

The price they quoted me for 15 double hung windows, 1 4-Panel-Bay, 1 3-Panel casement and two sliding patio doors - all with full grids, some with stainable wood front (the 1 patio, the casement, bay and 2 double hung), 1/2 screen, incl. tax, debree removal, installation: $16000.

Is that an acceptable price?
