Re-posting this question in hopes that some of the experts out there can assist with the last piece of the pie here. I am happy with my new windows, but I am still in need of a 9ft-3 panel, center opening sliding patio door. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about ALSIDE and CERTAINTEED'S patio doors. Quality, performance, efficiency etc.
Will manufacturers make a triplepane door this size? Also, is the U-factor of patio doors equal to window ratings?
