Nami windows reviews - replacing a sash

Has anyone bought Nami windows and read up on any reviews? Im trying to replace a broken window sash and am having trouble contacting the company for service. Sticker says Nami series VWDH 100/200 # 3856. Can anyone tell where I can order new top sash?

NAMI is the certification body for structural testing, not the manufacturer. That could be the "VW", perhaps Viwinco? I'm sure there are other window manufacturers that have VW, that is just the first that comes to mind. When I look on the NAMI supplier directory I don't see any manufacturers with that designation, so it could be someone that is now out of business. In that case, assuming the glass is the reason for replacement, you'd source directly from a local glass supplier.... Perhaps that designation will ring a bell for one of the other pros. Where are you located? Most window manufacturers have somewhat regional distribution, so that could also help narrow it down

Vinyl Window Double Hung 100/200 is the series #3856 is the order number.
lOOK INSIDE THE ig TO SEE IF THERE IS A mFG STAMP ON THE SPACER,
Tilt the window in and look at the side edges for a sticker.
