Recommend replacement for small windows in Washington

Hi, we bought a house in King County, WA which has 2 small (about 3ft by 1ft) single-pane metal frame windows. Which are of course very cold and we want to replace them with something energy efficient. These are in our living room on either side of the fireplace kind of like the small windows, though of course not nearly as fancy. We do not insist on something very high end or on the cheapest option, but we want something trouble-free, e.g. no condensate in the winter. Would appreciate recommendations for brands/products to consider and installers to call! Thanks a lot!
