Hi,
I am getting impact windows and wondered if there was something I could get built into the window that would not allow anyone to see into the inside of the house. Some type of reflective tint maybe? Not sure what type of products there might be or if they would be effective at night anyways. My house is close to a busy road with people walking by all day and night. I currently have plantation shutters but just wanted to see if there were any options I had with the new windows where I might be able to take the shutters down and still have privacy.
Thanks!

Re: Reflective tint on impact glass question
Standard Low-e for coastal applications (most often times is Low-e 366) has a good bit of reflectivity to it. If you are looking for something more than that, you are going to be looking at 1 way films that allow for visibility out, but not in. That will be aftermarket to my estimation, but is a pretty easily sourceable product.
