Vinyl replacement window and drip edge
I have existing aluminum window with a drip edge that protrudes about 3/8". See pic. What is the best way to cut this drip edge? I would assume a dremel tool with a metal cutting disk would be the easiest way. Anyone have any suggestions?

1) Pics would help
2) Why are you trying to cut off a drip edge? (the reason may be valid, but its not normally advisable)
3) If aluminum, score and snap would be cleanest.
Using a cutting wheel is likely to look pretty choppy unless you are planning to cover this somehow, which again should be done with caution to avoid a negative lapping situation where the remaining piece does the opposite of its intended function
