Picture Window - 2nd floor

I have a Raised Ranch in Brookfield, CT. I am replacing the Picture window in the living room (2nd floor) with a new Anderson combination Series 200 unit. The unit measures 10' which includes the Picture window and the 2 double hung side windows. I need a method to lift the Picture window assembly from the ground approximately 8' to the sill of the rough opening. Thank you.

Rent scafolding, a few straps and call in the troop to help lift it. There is a tool, but I do not know of anyone renting one. It is like a winch system that clamps onto the sill and the head.
