Window Pane Clips for old, steel window frames

#1 Post by gloveless »

Hello board.....I have some old, steel industrial type window frames we are reglazing....pulled out some of the clips, but need to replace most of them.....have tried Home Depot, Loew's etc.....anybody know where clips like this may be found? Some sort of "Vintage Hardware" store or something??

Thanks, Greg Loveless....Columbia, Maryland

Any local glass shop will have them, and that will probably be your only easy source.

Greg, if you don't have any luck with your local glass shops, call 1-800-421-6144. They are a supplier to the glass industry. They sell the sash clips that you are looking for. They won't sell directly to you, but they should be able to tell you the closest shop to you that can get them for you.

Try to look for this at CRL laurence

And like john said call a local glass shop and give them the part name and number. If youre on the west coast at least.
