Thompson Creek customer service. Just had new windows installed on Saturday. The customer service pre-install was excellent, very attentive, helpful. But now, post-install not so good. I called this morning to tell them there was a problem with the screens they installed, that the frames on the screens don't match up with the windows properly, and my project lead told me they could get out there to look at it in about 2 1/2 weeks, and then following the look they would have to take the time to make new screens and get them installed. Meanwhile I have the aesthetically unpleasing screens on my new windows for most likely over a month awaiting the replacements. But they have a sign in my front yard, so anyone who passes by and sees their workmanship will hopefully not want to purchase their product. Very unhappy with their install and follow-up.
