Wallside Windows
Wallside Windows
We had seven windows replaced by Wallside about five years ago. Condensation formed the first winter on them. We were told it was normal, and they needed to get acclimated to our houses humidity. This past fall, I noticed odd films had formed between the panes on nine of the panels. We contacted their service department, They sent a technician out, and he determined they needed to be replaced. It took awhile for them to make it here, but they finally got the windows replaced. Now, in the dead of winter, no condensation is on these windows. I'm thinking our windows were bad from the start. Yet to be determined how these will work out. Satisfied with their service, so far. The windows were replaced free of charge.

Re: Wallside Windows
They could have been defective from the outset like you mentioned. If the IGUs were poorly sealed, the argon would have long since left you would have a window that is about 80% as insulated as the argon filled unit.
