I am down to my top 3 quotes. All highly recommended in my area. All inserts with aluminum clad exterior.
What would you do? This is a home we plan to be in for a long time.
1. Vytex Potomac- $26,932
2. Okna eco pro 600 deluxe- $28,151
3. Simonton 5500 reflection- $23,300
What would you pick? Any strong opinions?

Drop option 3, its not in the same league.
One and two are very good. I'm partial to the Okna, but you may want to dig in a little more to the two dealers. Is one a little more reputable? Longer history? Seem more trustworthy? Same installation details?... etc. Also make sure that the product options all line up the same.

Window #3 does not belong in the competitive company of #1 and #2.
Both #1 and #2 are very good and you won't go wrong with either. If all other things are equal, I am a slightly bigger fan of #2 window, but that is mostly because I am familiar with the brand and performance.
If the installer on #1 gave me more confidence, I would go with #1. So...between those two, to me, it comes down to installers.

Pretty solid pricing for that many windows, you should get a good deal regardless.
