Hello, I'm replacing 19 windows in DFW area of Texas.
What are your thoughts on KHPP Genesis vs NT Traditions vs Burris Tectview AC.
KHPP Genesis - $21K
NT Traditions - $25k
Burris Tectview AC $18K
Also, do you recommend foam-filled frames?
Thanks

Re: KHPP Genesis vs NT Traditions vs Burris Tectview AC
paging Randy... He's the authority down there in TX.
My input would be that KHPP makes a nice window, although the company is a bit shaky for my taste. Your other choices are regional so Randy will have to comment on those.
Foam fill is generally beneficial, although you could look at the effect that it has on the U value of the particular window. It impacts some products more than others.

I’m not familiar with KHPP, so I’ll defer to HomeSealed on them.
Of the other two, I prefer NT for quality of build and track record. Foam filling is fine if it’s included, but since it doesn’t lower the SHGC, it’s not something I’d pay extra for.
The Traditions line is offered as an exclusive product to specific dealers, and it will come with a premium price. NT’s Presidential or Energy Master lines are just as good IMO and will come with a lower price tag.
